Boozy Whipped Coffee
Ingredients (12 servings)
1 cup granulated sugar
⅓ cup instant coffee granules
⅓ cup cold water
⅓ cup (2 2/3 oz.) coffee liqueur (such as Kahlúa)
Directions
Step 1: Mix together sugar and coffee granules in bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment. Add water, and mix on low to combine.
Step 2: Add liqueur, and increase mixer speed to medium-high, mixing until pale brown and whipped to soft peaks, 7 to 10 minutes. Serve as topping on cold milk, hot coffee, or Irish Cream on the rocks.
